Info I attended Abernethy @ 4 years old from Kindergarten thru Eighth; started my Sr. year at Washington at 16; planned to go to Law School, preparing to take the LSAT after working as a Judicial Asst. for a Circuit Court Judge for 15 years; but, I changed my mind when I realized I could retire early; I then worked for the City of Portland Finance Office in the Portland Building under the auspices of the Mayor (6 1/2 yrs) and as the CIP Coordinator, Contracts Administrator and Principal Financial Analyst in the Engineering Services Division of the Water Bureau for 8 1/2 years--these were all management positions. I retired with exactly 30 years in PERS in 2003; my husband, Kenneth (Kenny) C. Scott, Sr., and I built our current home and moved in on July 2, 2003, in Vancouver, WA. I do not participate in any social media or texting, etc.
